4 Quick and Easy Super Fruit Recipes
Acai Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
1 banana, 1/4 cup yogurt 1 cup water, 1/2 cup acai berries handful of spinach, toppings (cut up fruit, granola ect.)
DIRECTIONS: put all ingredients into blender, blend until the consistency is about the same as a smoothie. pour into bowl add toppings and enjoy!

Super Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
100 g flour,300 ml milk, 1 egg, 1/3 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil 1/4 cup chopped up cherries, 1/4 cup chopped up kiwi .
DIRECTIONS: put all of the ingredients in to a mixing bowl, except for the fruit, and whisk them together until there are no lumps, then fold in the kiwi and cherries. using a non-stick pan on medium heat, pour about 1/3 cup of the mixture in to the pan. flip the pancake when the bottom is golden brown and cook the other side. then boom! you have a delicious breakfast that is also super healthy!
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups pineapple, cut into 1-inch cubes, 2/3 cup dried goldenberries, 1/2 cup dried goji berries, 3 cups strawberries, quartered, 1 cup blueberries, 3 cups green grapes, halved, 2 cups apples, cut into 1-inch cubes,1 cup pomegranate seeds, 2 tablespoons agave nectar or yacon syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all fruits in a large bowl. In a small glass, mix together agave and vanilla. Pour over fruit and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for best results. Enjoy this yummy snack without feeling guilty about being unhealthy!
Super Fruit Salad
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup fresh blueberries, 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved, 2 cups peeled and coarsely chopped mango, 1/4 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine blueberries, strawberries, mango, and water; blend, scraping down sides occasionally, until smooth. Strain juice and, if desired, thin with additional water. Next time you're thirsty, instead of heading for the pop, go towards this drink instead!
